Pho Saigon in Anchorage

Ate here last night and was not impressed with price of one partially cooked potato halved and three chunks of carrots with only a little bit of pork and enough curry to drown my rice.The noodles soup broth tasted blan.Go to THAI KITCHEN!!!

Don’t waste your time or money here!I’m quite disappointed having to give this business a one star because I’ve eaten here years ago, and it was just fine. I’ve decided to come here after all my go to spots were closed. I ordered off their “preferred” online app, and it was simple and easy. However, once I got there they informed me that the bahn mi sandwich could not be fulfilled due to lack of bread. It would have been nice to get a call from them saying that but sure whatever not a huge deal just as long I could get a refund. They then told me that they could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the app. It was late at night so I knew customer service would not pick up from the app, and wanted to make sure I had all the information before leaving the store and situation. They could not provide me where on the app, their number, even my order number, or her own name. Not exactly the best feeling when you paid for a good, not getting it, and then the producer basically telling you to figure out how to get money back yourselfOne slight good thing I do have to say is that one of my other order came out! woo! This was my first trip to Pho Saigon. I heard good things about it from coworkers. The Pad Thai was okay, until I found a piece of metal in it.. I originally thought it was a piece of tinsel but it's actually a hard piece of thin metal! Totally clueless how that can even happen. I will not be going back..
