quality has gone down the drain. dirty. workers obviously don't care about their work. beef comes out still frozen and chewy. smells bad. do not recommend

I have dreams about this place tbh. For the price, the free cream puffs, and the quality, you really can't go wrong with Pho Than brothers. They will forever have a piece of my heart.
