This was my first time eating at Pho Thien Phat! I went to lunch with my brother and he picked the spot. He said it is his favorite spot to grab Pho in Richmond and it was a cold day, so it couldn't have been more perfect. The parking lot is a little disheveled and the building is unassuming but the food is really great. I ordered a #15 small Pho bowl and my brother got the same but added meatballs to his. I don't love all of the extra garnish (cilantro, basil, bean sprouts) so I didn't add any to my bowl but they provided some for us. Our waiter was quiet and brought us our Pho order very quickly after ordering. Honestly the weirdest thing about my visit today was that they were playing the news on a giant TV in the dining area and it said "live news" and "breaking story" but the news they were reporting was 2 years old....
