Pho Truong Phat is the Pho spot to visit and indulge at. The manager and staff offer amazing friendly service while maintaining CDC guidelines. They have complimentary chopsticks, fortune cookies, mints, hand sanitizer, and tooth picks at the counter; alongside a gorgeous fish tank with shiny neon tetras. This spot serves some amazing cultural dishes with a flare.
