We went here to eat Bahn Mi and some spring rolls. The bread was dry and had very little filling. I actually left this restaurant hungry. I can't speak to the quality of their pho because I've never tried it but the experience we did have was not good.

Love this little spot on Westheimer.  While I prefer Chinatown for my Vietnamese needs, this serves as a solid spot in the Westchase area. First and foremost, I love how neat and clean it is here.  The condiment caddy was well kept. The owners obviously care about their restaurant.  It's not a huge space, so be prepared at peak times.   On my last visit, I ordered the chicken pho.  The broth is on the sweeter side, and only breast meat is available.  I prefer skin on leg meat.  But, given their patrons in the area, I understand their reason for this.  The large portion was hearty and came out extra hot like I requested.  There was plenty to take home for the next day.  The lady working the dining room by herself was very sweet.   Definitely one of my outside Chinatown spots.

Our first time here and we loved it!!! Delicious authentic bone broth Pho loaded with meat that is unforgettable, the fragrance just BLOW YOUR MIND. The fried chicken Dumplings and Egg rolls came out Hot! ALL FRESH. We also tried their Pad Thai Shrimp and Banh Mi Combo, our daughters loved it!!! The decors inside reminded of our trip to Vietnam. The workers are friendly, made us feel at home. Food is good, price is right. PHO VAN is def a great hangout spot for date nights/family outing. We have tried all the pho places around town, and this one we will definitely come back to !Highly recommend it if you’re in Houston.
