Pholicious in Bon Air

I love pho, and eat it regularly, but had never found one place with a tasteless broth. In some places it tends to be too salty or have MSG, which is not good either, but this is the first time with an insipid dish. The egg rolls were reheated and not freshly made. Their broken rice with pork: had several pieces of pork and regular rice instead of broken. Pho is too cooked so it broke into pieces and you can literally use your spoon to scope it. Their bowls are the smallest I've ever had. The broth is thin and had a couple meats. They obviously cut corners to save costs. But for the expensive prices you can find better. If you would like more authentic Vietnamese taste, head to a different place. Even if this is the closest place and you're craving pho. You're not missing out on anything.

They have unique flavors for their smoothies. Easy to quickly become addicted. Only problem is that you sometimes get a BIG clump of bobas

We were in the mall and decided to give Pholicious anothet try since last time I was unable to get any food for myself.  Cort and I shared a Bahn Mi, summer roll, and a Taro bubble tea.  The cashier Iszumi was a breath of fresh air compared to our last experience.  She was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and kept the line moving.  We loved the pork Bahn Mi that she recommended. The summer rolls tasted fresh but are served in plastic wrap. The bubble Tea was delicious.  I would recommmend taking the rolls out of the plastic wrap at least for the stay and eat orders.  The bread on the Bahn Mi wasn't the best we have had but the pork and vegetables made up for it.  We had an excellent experience and would go...
