please come give this place a chance. It is super yummy. i highhlyyy recommend the thai tea it is so good. the food was very good.

We came for dinner, totally surprised how affordable it is. A big portion and the price is much cheaper then other same size restaurant. Very tasty, excellent service, just waited for a good amount of time because the restaurant was so busy on Saturday night. I saw a half of the restaurant is blocked for a private banquet, the family dinner sets looks pretty interesting as well.

Don't let the area put you off on visiting this gem. One of the try and true Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant that's been around forever - been eating here since I was a kid. Very affordable and generous when it comes to portion too.
