I visited on a Thursday night and grabbed a burrito and tacos. It was around closing time so the place was pretty much dead and the food wasn't the freshest but it hit the spot. The venue seemed to be in carry out mode primarily as the seating and ambience didn't have a welcoming feel but the cook/cashier was hospitable and allowed me to use the bathroom while awaited him to prepare my food to go. Pretty average for grabbing food to go near closing...nothing to write home about.

Very tasty food, but didn't get confirmation email or text after ordered online. When I called, they weren't aware of my order. Maybe better training protocols need to be in place?

My first time visiting Pica Taco. I was impressed with the knowledge of the lady taking my order. She was very polite and took the time to explain what was in and included with each dish. That made it very easy for me to try there cuisine. The tacos were very good although I did not see any difference between the ones that I can get for 1.50 from my normal taco place.
