The organization I work for PKSA Karate Corporate Martial Arts Decided to have food at a Business Meeting we had. I took the time to look over the catering menu. We weren't really doing a lunch; but needed a combination of a brunch type snacky food. So, I went with the Meat & Cheese Snack, Veggie, Fruit & Mediterranean Tray Platters. The food was amazing & excellent. You all did a remarkable job; and we are super thankful that we went with you. You will definitely have more business from us in the future. I ordered the Deluxe from The catering menu for my family for Christmas Eve dinner, we had New York strip, green beans mashed potatoes and gravy and rolls and mostaccioli.
