The chowder comes with bread and oyster crackers. The workers are quick and will work to get people in and out of the line efficiently. I recommend trying this place if you are in Seattle.

Did you really go to Seattle if you didn't try out Pike Place Chowder?!? Worth the hype!! Don't let the long lines discourage you from trying some of the best chowders in the area! Lines move fast! Be sure to check out the menu online so you can see what you want to order before reaching the front of the line. The sampler chowder is the way to go! Perfect for someone who wants to try a little bit of everything! With a sampler chowder, you get (4) 5 oz cups. They give you complimentary sourdough bread and oyster crackers. Alright so they are award winning chowders for a reason... it's THAT good. The chowder wasn't too watery nor thick. It had the right consistency. *chefs kiss* What we ordered (ranking from best to least fave): Seared scallop chowder Smoked salmon chowder Crab and oyster chowder New England clam chowder -- a tad bit salty b/c of the bacon but still good regardless; creamy and filled with big chunks of potatoes, clams, and vegetables. Chowders come out piping hot and tasted fresh! Finding a table can be tricky since it's always so packed! By far my favorite place for chowders!! Go, go, go!
