This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion.We went to PINKBERRY frozen yogurt on a Wednesday night, 8/4/21.FROZEN YOGURST: the frozen yogurt itself was good, nice Mango flavor to it and the little bubbles that they add to it have a very good mango flavor.overall a good product.STAFF: the two girls were extremely overwhelmed and distracted. the one who served us wouldn't listen, she just would not listen. she kept talking over me without letting me explain. She ended up giving me and my wife something very different from what we initially wanted.once she realized that what she had made was NOT what we wanted, she apologized but she never offered to RE-make it for us.PRICE: WAY too expensive!! not worth it... especially for a frozen yogurt and especially considering the service you get.We paid more than $15 for two small cups and topping.PLACE: very small, few places to sit inside. We had to go and sit outside.Modern looking place but not well-thought design.CONCLUSIONS: We will NOT go back.
