We were hanging out in Houston this past weekend and we had a late night craving for pizza. I went on Yelp to find a pizza joint and Pink's had decent reviews so we decided to give them a try. About a month ago, I placed a to-go order (small single-topping pizza) over the phone from this location. The employee told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived to the restaurant about 35 minutes later, the employee told me that it was still in the oven and to give them 3 more minutes. I waited another 10 minutes before I asked another employee, who told me it was still in the oven and to give them another 5 minutes. When I explained to him that had already been waiting over 45 minutes, he walked over to the manager and then they both walked over to the oven. I then saw them whisper something to each other. Apparently they had not even started...
