Pink's Pizza in Bellaire

Reminds me of new york pizza love it

Love this place. All locations. Great specialty pizzas. And classic is still yummy. So good and filling.

I don't mind the occasional food service hiccup.  I understand it's bound to occur, especially when you're a pizza joint - bound to be slammed during sports games and holidays.  But man, this Pink's Pizza almost seems to strive to goof up orders! The last time we placed an order, it was Halloween and we were cautioned that it would probably take over an hour as we lived outside the delivery zone but they were willing to delivery to us.  We were okay with that, but something that ended up being nearly three freaking hours!  And insult to injury, my vegan-cheese supreme pizza ended up being a meat supreme cheese pizza with regular cheese.  I am actually somewhat confused as to how this even happened as we called three times to check on the order and confirmed the specifics of the order.  When I called to complain, I had to laugh when the Pink's employee offered to send out the correct pizza - it was 9 p.m. at that point and I was not about to wait another three hours (not that Pink's is even open that late).  Anyway, at least I received a refund on the entire order, but I had to call the next day to request it.   During another incident, we called in an order and then drove to the storefront thirty minutes later - sure enough, the cashier admitted that they had lost our order and could they please go ahead and prepare it now that we've arrived (we declined).  And then again, at least on two occasions, they've accidentally tossed regular cheese...
