Happened upon this place while visiting the Anacortes Farmers Market. This is a total Ma/Pa place including Grandma cooking the lumpia. Great bargain, food is really good. They have combo plates as well as side dishes. The Pancit is a thin pasta that resembles vermicelli, very light tasting. The Lumpia was amazing, a r...
