I have used this location three times ( order for pickup) and all three times the pizza was excellent and service was good. The only thing I don't like is ordering online process. Even the advertised specials doesn't list the cost untill you add it to your cart which wastes the customer's time. If the pizza wasn't so good the online ordering process would be a deal breaker.

I am a customer for years with no complaints. Today I picked up my usual order and it was clear that the pizzas were old and reheated. The cheese bread was the same. Even the marinara sauce was horrible. When I called in to complain, I was put on hold for a long time while I hear the store employees talking and they kept me at least 5 minutes before I hung up extremely upset, and store was empty! First time I got really upset at pizza hut. I guess we will take a break for some time. Definitely not a behavior or customer service I have expected from pizza hut
