Had to wait for my order even though the screen said it was done and the pizza was not cut through thoroughly

My order was wrong. I called and spoke with someone who took my phone number and put me on hold. After holding for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back 11 times. Each time, after being on hold, then getting the options of entering 1. 2, or 3, once I entered my choice, I was hung up on. 11 TIMES!

I'm shocked this location doesn't have better reviews! I ordered a pan pizza and it was soooooo bomb. It was fresh with yummy pepperoni pineapple and jalapeños! I will definitely be back for another pick up Pizza Hut stop. Thanks again! Best pan pizza I've ever had.
