Bring the drinks I ordered (diet Pepsi was ordered, regular Pepsi arrived), and give the option to request paper plates. 4 pizzas are obviously going to be eaten by multiple people who may need plates.

I placed my order and then I got a call saying that something I ordered was unavailable. Pizza hut should keep track of inventory and if something is unavailable, ordering for that item should not be possible.
