Pizza Hut in Dallas

My supreme showed up with no mushrooms and no pepperoni because they were out. They are not answering the phone so I was issued no new pizza nor a refund. The driver confirmed they would not be answering the phone for the night and offered no refund or new Pizza. He said I could call tomorrow and argue my case for a refund.

I order by phone at 4:00 pm and did not recieve my 4 pizza. AT all IT was 5:00pm and notting so I call back and they told me that they call three times and it went to voice message ,thats a bunch of boocrab. I was waiting out side for over two hours and no one call so I call back and the manager pick up the telephone ,but he was real rude. I ask him his name and he got mad and he told me that why you want my name and he didnt tell his name , now I will go to dominos pizza they have great customer service in berwyn il , but pizza hut in cicero il, has the worst customer service and all the employees that I talk over the phone they didnt know what to say so bye bye .

1040 e Charleston has a horrible so called general manager named Gina. They sent me a uncooked pizza at 1 in the morning and they sent me a second nasty cold undone pizza the next morning when they opened. I asked her if she can make another pizza she said no she only can make it once what the hell. I said can I get my money back she said no because she already gave me the pizza even after I told her I would give her the pizza back. I have never known pizza hut to refuse to remake a pizza or give a refund if I return the pizza to then. Horrible customer service so I highly doubt she is the general manager because I love pizza hut and the managers always aim to please so this one should b fired she is horrible look at this photo I post.
