The employee that was in the facility when I arrived to pick up was very attentive, friendly, and provided me with prompt, professional, and courteous service though she seemed to be alone as she was making another pizza when I arrived. She even thanked me for my order. Truly a dedicated employee.

The Pizza which I ordered on 01/06/2022 at111 Wadsworth Drive Richmond VA 23236 was the worst Pizza I had in my life. Its was completely dry and look like they have not put any sauce or may be very little sauce was used. The topping was sprinkle very little and we was getting barely may be one piece of chicken and jalapeno on each slice. It was just waste of my money on that Pizza which I got last night. I never had that kind of Pizza from Pizza Hut. I am completely dissatisfied....
