On January 28th my family and I ordered a pizza for pickup the app said the pizza would be ready in 30min so I pack my kids in the car to pick up the pizza. Once I arrived the pizza dude told me the pizza is not ready even though the app said it was and proceeded to say it’s not their fault and that the app programmers were a piece of s#£¥. And we had to wait an additional 30to 40 min.

I realize weather can cause an issue and everyone is short staffed so I was OK with waiting an hour hour and a half. However, this store has a habit of forgetting the drinks. Sure, they bring it by later for my now cold pizza but it is very annoying.

The pizza lacked flavor and was very disappointing. I usually love Pizza Hut. I was really surprised by the lack of quality. However, the customer service was very good and the wings were good as well.
