Make sure the order is still hot before sending it out. I live less than 5 minutes from store and my delivery was cold when received.

I ordered a Pepsi, which was not given to person who picked up order. Tried calling store, was put on hold and after 5 minutes was hung up on. Customer service at the store was also very unpleasant.

What can I say, this Pizza Hut service for my first time giving Pizza Hut another shot . Ethan the manager is the absolute best and is a perfect example of his occupation as the manager, very polite, cool and just amazing service !! Definitely returning because of him
