Placed an order online. Said 2 hours. Decided I didn't want to wait. Called store to cancel. Called store 15 times. No, really. 15 times. No one answered. Pizza Hut customer service couldn't do anything because it's franchised. They just didn't answer their phone. At all. Frustrating experience. Will never give this Pizza Hut my money again. I still want my money back, honestly.
