We sat in the pick up line for 25 minutes waiting to get our food. And we Arrived when it said the food would be ready.

Not good I called and placed my order for pick up they told me 15 minutes it would be ready so I show up 20 minutes later for them to tell me it would be a few more minutes so I and sit outside the window for 20 30 minutes just for them to come back and tell me they burnt my pizza and they are remaking my order so I tell them to deliver it because we are now going on 45mins of me sitting outside waiting for my pizza I might be wrong but after a 45mins to a hr wait for a 40 dollar order my bill should of been taken care of by pizza hut to the delivery guy I apologize for not tipping but I couldn't see myself tipping for a pizza that took a hr or longer to get
