On my last order, the pizza and wings tasted spoiled and had a strange chemical taste to it. Whenever I called the store to request a refund for the inedible food, I was told that I had to personally DRIVE to the store WITH the half-eaten food in order for them to “verify my claims” and make sure the food was edible. In my own personal opinion, I shouldn’t have to take time and money out of my day in order to fix the mistake that someone else made. Secondly, the idea of bringing spoiled food back to the restaurant is a disgusting idea that probably goes against many hygienic work regulations, and then there is the concept of proving my claims. How else will you know if the order was indeed spoiled or if it has a chemical taste, by taking a bite yourself? Absolutely revolting. I’ve been a big supporter of Pizza Hut for the longest, but this might have done it for me to consider this my last order.
