better train the employees especially the ones in front. she was making many mistakes and had a long line waiting; it took too long to get the orders process and pushing to strong the tip.

I have been a customer of Pizza Hut for years and have always had a great experience. However, my last order was terrible. The pizza crust and especially the cookie was very hard and was not fresh. Very bad experience this time. The timing and delivery were good, but the food lacked.
