I ordered two orders. I entered two different addresses and I received two different emails with the two different addresses with two different confirmation numbers. They were both delivered to the same address. I called the store and they refused to help. By the time my son-in-law drove the pizzas over to my house they were cold. I was very disappointed. I would really like to be refunded for the very cold pizzas. This was Pizza Huts mistake not mine. I keep both emails as proof that they were to be delivered to two different addresses.

Delivery was excellent and on time. Pizza was awful onions were not fresh and not cut properly. Pizza was not proportional at all it was slopped together very displeased with the quality of the food especially at the price. Taste was awful unedible I will go to dominos instead next time.

The pizzas were good, the customer service experience was lacking. I arrived to pick up my order approximately 5 minutes later than the time predicted by the Pizza Hut app. No one was at the counter although I could hear employees in the back socializing and talking loudly - I had to get their attention for service. I then find out my order was not ready and had to wait several more minutes. It is usually not my practice to tip before the service is complete but I did in this case.....I would have taken it back if I could have.
