Called in my order and told them to bring it to ER. Well the driver calls and asks me where I want it delivered, but I was busy and didn't answer. I returned the call 8 minutes later and no one answered. Texted the number and no response. They never brought our pizza and never even called to say they weren't delivering it. I called the next day and talked to the manager. She acted like it was our fault and said their policy says if we don't answer then they don't have to deliver the pizza. It doesn't make sense.
