I spent $90 on pizza and my order was completely wrong.

I ordered my 2 pizzas and other items at 734pm and i checked the app to see where my order was at 8pm and noticed it said my order would be ready in 300 or more minutes. I called to see if that was correct and they said yes. I said that is crazy and asked fory money back and canceled the order. I was hung up on at least 5 times by employee and the manager either when being transferred or they just got tired of me asking for my money back. I then spoke to a manager and they told me that my money could take 5 business or more to get back and that it was up to my bank. I will never reccomend pizza hut again unless someone reaches out and we get this resolved. I work in customer services and this was absolutely the incorrect way to handle the situation
