I called in a pickup order from this location. At first, it sounded like a centralized call center (that I've experienced with other pizza chains) because it was hard to understand the person over the phone. The person seemed bothered to have to answer the phone. However, my pizza was ready in the time given to me over the phone and I was able to pick it up without waiting.
