I was disappointed by the fact that I have to pay a $5 delivery fee that doesnt go to the driver. How does this cost pizza hut any more money? What do you do differently if it is delivered rather than carryout? It is the delivery drivers car, he pays gas insurance and maintenance. This fee needs to be removed or it needs to be given to driver with option to tip more if the customer is so inclined.
