Horrible service. First time I had trouble, I blew it off. Everyone has a bad night. Ordered pizza and took 4 hours for delivery and you can’t get ahold of anyone. Didn’t get pizza until 11 pm. On the second occasion, we ordered pizzas for pick up 2 hours in advance. Got there to get them and they were sent out for delivery. It was an argument, but they eventually just remade them. Now, for the 3rd time, we have ordered pizza and it’s been almost 3 hours. It’s 9 pm. The phone number goes to a call center, and when they “transfer” me to the location, the phone hangs up. If you want pizza for dinner, and not a midnight snack, don’t order from here.

Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait a couple of minutes and this was still after the appointed time i was told it would be ready because I know the time, they tell you is not really the time it is done.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I had a choice. Manager tries her best to make up for the staffs short comings.!! The service beyond terrible. You can sit at curbside for hours and no one will answer the phone when you can clearly see employees just hanging out! I have Almost never had anyone come out to do curbside and when I end up going in they act like they were super busy making the wrong pizzas.. love Pizza Hut but hate the service!!
