Only employees and 2 was on there phone the 15 min i was there. Also they must of ran out of pasta pans because my pasta for 2 was in a round metal pan and barely covered the bottom of the pan.... that only fed one when it was bought to feed two.

Took them over an hour after the scheduled pick up time to complete my order. They completely messed up the order, and what i did receive wasn't very good. I used to think pizza hut had a very high quality for pizza places. I don't believe I will be returning to the pizza hut in Albany, KY
