We ordered 2 pizzas. They gave them to the car in front of us. Once those people realized they received the wrong pizzas they brought them back in. The guy there then wanted us to take those pizzas (that had been opened and in someone else’s car) instead of making us new ones.

My order was wrong. The facility was in a disarray and employees were lacking basic skills.

We ordered breadsticks that looked soggy and barely had any seasoning on them. Then we ordered 4 extra cheese sauces in addition to the marinara sauce. We paid for these cheese sauces and We did not receive the marinara sauces that should have come free with the breadsticks. The pizza was not cut all the way through. We had to recut it with a pizza cutter at home. Lastly, we ordered cinnabon cinnamon rolls which are advertised as coming with icing on them per the app, and we ordered 1 extra icing. They did not come with any icing on them only the extra one that we paid for. Overall just very disappointing and not what we are used to from previous experiences at this and other Pizza Hut Locations.
