When someone pays $4 extra for stuffed crust on 2 pizzas they should be made that way. And when they pay for sauces they should recieve them.

Pizza Hut has been my favorite for a long time. It is always my "go-to"!However, 2 specific problems with the order today:(1) I ordered with the app on my phone. I went in to pick up the order when the app showed "1 minute until order ready" but the pizza had another 10-15 minutes until ready.(2) When we ate the pizza we found it to be "doughy" which I feel was not completely done. (Didn't stop us from eating & enjoying it, though!)
