Got a dinner box to our hotel room while we were in town. GD the pizza, bread sticks and cinna stix were absolute . Delivery driver was quick and a nice guy. Nice job guys!

If I give a zero I would. placed my order online and followed the covid guidelines pulled up in front of the door and read lobby closed. I waited over 30 minutes and they just looked at me through the door. I finally went in and sure enough my pizza was setting in the warmer the whole time. cold pizza and no apology. The worst pizza hut on the planet.

I will not be taking my business to pizza hut ever again. I placed an online order at 5:30 to be delivered. I never received my order. I tried to call several times to see if they were even going to bring my order, no one ever answered the phone. I even got through to the call center, they transferred my call to the 700 Lomas location in Albuquerque where I placed my order, the call was never answered. They charged my account right away so I know they received my order. A text or call would have been nice so I could have made other dinner arrangements instead of waiting for something that was never coming. Very dissappointing.
