A sign at the register indicated that kids 12 and under could have free fruit with their meal, but the fruit basket was empty. When I asked the young lady working there if we could substitute the (unavailable) fruit for something else, she gave me an apathetic "Noo" that sounded more like an irritated groan.Seeing the smoothie machine behind her, I asked for a smoothie. Without turning her head she pointed behind her and declared the smoothie machine was empty. The tank on this machine was more empty and clean than a hospital-grade syringe. I doubt they had even considered using it that day.It was around noon on a Friday, a reasonable time for people to have lunch. We were told the personal pans would take 15 minutes. Since I used to work at a pizza hut, I know that pans can be made in about 10 minutes. To her credit, they were at least hot when we received them, roughly 18 minutes later. #disappointed
