I ordered an Italian sub with detailed specifics and they got it right this time! This happening is kinda of "hit or miss" with the Laurel location. (It was about 2 weeks ago that I had to be given a credit for another incorrect order.) The sandwich was good, everything tasted fresh, which it usually does. There seems to be a bit of improvement with the customer service as well, they were often short and even a bit rude where as now they seem more friendly and attentive.
