They get the third star because their pizza and bread sticks are good but after 4 years of ordinary from them today is the last day EVERYTIME I order a sub I ask that is be baked a little longer today I asked and she said mama the subs always go through the pizza oven just picked up two subs and pepperoni cold and sub bun still soft so crunch at all like when someone literally ask for it to be baked longer means they want it baked longer and a luke warm sub is gross

we love pizza from this particular pizza plus but Friday was a downright shame that I am writing this. So friday we had to end up waiting an additional hour on top of the hour we were told on the phone that was required wait time for our pizza 2 hours for the wrong pizza non acceptable we probably wont be back and I'm telling my people that if they are In a hurry to go elsewhere And if they want it correct as well... we should've had it delivered cuz he came and went 2 times in the hour we waited he was running his butt off and two cars behind us even left .. so we weren't the only ones that were kinda unsatisfied with the experience...
