Pizza and cheese sticks are fabulous! Workers, management and even the owner are rude all of the time. They never answer the phone and when they do they speak very rudely. I recently completed my order over the phone said thank you to Vicky(I think that was her name) who answered the phone and she just hung up. I understand being busy and understaffed however it doesn’t take much time or effort to be polite. I really wish we had a nicer pizza place in the county.

I am a minor and I went up to pizza pro yesterday morning. I was going to talk to my mother when the manager came out and was already upset at me personally. She threatened to beat me up and was saying "You're lucky you're not 18. I'll be there in October you lil bi*ch." I am beyond upset how someone could act so unprofessional at their workplace. I understand she was upset at me but that was uncalled for. Soon after, the owner comes by and did nothing to the manager and instead puts the blame on me and others around me. I will be contacting corporate.
