Stopped on a busy Friday evening, staff was working very hard to keep the buffet fully stocked and cleaning tables between guests and were still friendly. Food quality was very good across the board -

My daughter went with her son to the Pizza Ranch in Algona. She told me the cashier was rude. Salad on the salad bar was brown. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for 5 hours. The mash potatoes had a crust on it. Then to top it off. An employee went around asking customers if they were done just to get them out the door. Needless to say she will not be back. Nor will I.

If your looking for food on the buffet this definitely isn’t the place to come to. Pizza buffet was empty whole time and the chicken chicken was rarely available.
