In from out of town and staying near PJ's. We saw that they serve coffee and pastries. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Coffee cake taste Days Old, one can tell they put them in their refrigerator at the end of the day if they don't sell them and the taste of the cake Taste like a Bad Refrigerator Smell! we actually purchased 2 and both were NASTY! Coffee was just ok!

i discovered this place a little over a year ago and have not looked back. this is probably my favorite coffee shop. i do order the same thing nearly every time but every time, they're spot on. my only issue with this place is that they always seem to be out of lunches and breakfast. the last 3 or 4 times i've been here they've been out of my favorites. this is a real shame because this is truly my favorite coffee shop. i just wish they weren't always missing menu items.

I have enjoyed PJ's Coffee shops ever since I lived in New Orleans. I was thrilled when they opened on Durham, but that l began to disappoint after a short while. THIS location, however, has been a great experience since my first visit. The atmosphere is always quiet, relaxing, and comfortable, the coffee and food have not disappointed, and the service is clean, quick, and generally very friendly (though I have had a few odd transactions). Overall, I love it enough to drive out of my way to come here.
