I'm very much a carnivore, but I wanted to take a vegetarian on a classy date where they could have more than just salad. The cheese plate was a nice appetizer, especially the pear + pecan cheese ball. But the real star was my oyster mushroom served steakhouse style on a bed of mashed potatoes. Full bodied savory flavor without an ounce of animal protein. Booking a table was not a hassle either. Strongly recommend for those who eat vegan or vegetarian.

Really great food, a true elevated vegan restaurant that stands out in Asheville. You can tell everything was made in house and the cheese platter was excellent. These guys can hang with any restaurant in Philadelphia, NYC, etc.

Best dinner I've ever had. This restaurant really highlights what plants can taste like if you provide patience, understanding and skill into your dish. The multiple courses were great as we ordered it all at one time but gladly they brought them out individually each time we finished one. I had went for my birthday as I was in Asheville for the time being and was beyond satisfied. We spoke about the meal for days.
