Update:We came last night with an out of state friend and the food was superb as always. The staff was friendly and this place is still my Numero Uno place for Mexican food! I even bought some Salsa to take home. Guess what's for breakfast 2 years ago.We were wanting to celebrate (I wanted Mexican Cuisine). We drove past a few Mexican restaurants but they were full. My husband knew I always wanted to try out Plaza Mexico so he headed there. It was not full but it had a good rating and we were not disappointed.The food was DELICIOUS! I had the Chicken Fajitas (I always do at new Mexican restaurants) and my husband had the Plaza Mexico Chicken.Mine: The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. The chicken was moist. The rice was so soft and light. The Salsa was liquidy but yummy....
