Don't expect your food to be hot. Took 30 minutes to get a cold pizza and carne asada fries with 4 small shriveled pieces of meat on it. Don't waste your money.

The Mexican food that was served is about as authentic and wonderful. It is not Americanized, nor it it Tex-Mex. Typical, authentic Mexican food is not spicy. Sure spicy can be added on, but not the base dish. I have traveled to Mexico many times, and once you get past the Hotel zone and in to 'real' Mexico, I can guarantee you that the food served for this event at the Plymouth Hotel was about as Authentic as it gets.
