Ordered the steak salad, asked for medium well. Weirdly my salad took a much longer time then everyone else's more involved meals, so I waited while everyone else ate. My steak came out nearly cremated, like crunchy leather. The potatoes on my salad were also burnt. Very disappointing. They compensated for half the cost when I asked, after the server awkwardly asked how much I was asking for off basically. Also, watered down drinks were a table complaint! Maybe soon they'll be running more smoothly

Natalie tonight gave the best customer service I have ever had. I ordered carry out and there was a mishap with the food. She called me immediately after I called the restaurant and insisted on me getting new food. She said she would deliver the food, buy me drinks, refund me. She finally said she would take my number and name so when I order food next time she would comp it. She was the nicest employee I have ever had an exchange with and I work in the restaurant industry. Plymouth Roc is extremely lucky to have her.
