Nice poke bowl but the ordering experience was intimidating! I entered the place for the first time in my life and was given no time to look at the menu even though the place was empty. The first guy asked me what Base I want, I said 'salad' (I was staring at the salad), but in the end he asked me 'white rice or brown rice?' So, is it not possible to choose salad as base? Did he not hear me or just assume I want rice because I look Chinese? I'm Singaporean Chinese by the way, English is my first language, if that matters... Anyway I just picked brown rice. Then continued the ordering with the next guy who ended up at the cashier. After paying, he asked me if I wanted the receipt, I said 'Yes', while waiting for me to put my change back into my wallet, he crushed the receipt and threw it away. Wow. Was I so soft that they couldn't hear me saying 'salad' or 'yes'? Would rate this place 5 stars if the service was better. I gave them $1 tip anyway. Not sure if I would visit again. Hopefully they would be more friendly to explain the menu or give people more time to look at it before 'forcing' them to choose, especially when the place is empty!

The poke bowl was great. The fish is fresh and there is a selection of add-ins. If you are in a hurry, make sure you order online as there is a line, which just speaks to how good it is. The spicy sauce is really good and not that spicy; don't be afraid to try it.

I had this place in San Jose and i was super disappointed but tried it here due to the Spam musabi for my boyfriend. I ordered the hawaiian classic with Tuna which was verrrry good loved it. Not as good as pokeworks in Union City but still very good! I also happy they had the hawaiian drinks!! This miso soup was delicious!! and overall i think the total of both meals were pretty cheap!! My boyfriend killed his sandwiches so i am assuming he liked it..i will definitely be back if i am ever in Seattle again. or maybe i will try the one in San Jose.
