I found the counter experience more hectic than similar places. No space between customers or covid regulations, tons of people packed in the belt area so much so that you're yelling back and forth. Mistakes were made and they just stare at you. The cost is about double for half the food of a usual pokebowl, super skimpy on the rice. They didn't give or offer the receipt even though it printed right next to them. The extra 6 minutes to Pokelulu is worth it to me.

I ordered the large bowl which was advertised as $13.25. They then charged me $14.50. When I told them they charged me wrong and showed them it was $13.25, they said the prices were just changed. I'm sick of places charging whatever they want when they advertise a lower price. Not only is this illegal but a terrible way to run a business. If you are going to change prices, make sure you advertise those new prices. But this bait and switch has lost my business.
