Yeeeeehawwwww! I found a great BBQ place right near my Florida home named Polk City BBQ Company! This place is true southern barbecue est. in 2015 and knows how to smoke their meats! From pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Smoked Suasage, Baby Back Ribs to white sauce smoked chicken and hot dogs, this place does it over the top delicious! They don't skimp on their sides either with selections to go with your bbq of BBQ Pit beans, Cheesy Hash Browns, Sweet Apple Slaw, Loaded Potato Salad, Fresh Collard Greens, fresh salads and their homemade cornbread and Texas Toast! You can order as a meal, meats by the pound, in Sandwich's, kids meals, Family meals, nachos and quesadillas! As you leave you can also buy their own bbq sauces and rubs! The staff is extra personable and nice and gets your grub out quick and hot and are quick with free refills of your drinks!
