Staff is super unfriendly. Simple questions never got a response. I asked if they had a trash can to dispose of my take out trash , made a mistake and ordered online but wanted to eat there. All pollo bravos are the same thou I'm no longer buying in any of these establishments.

The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy! We tried to be a little adventurous for lunch and wanted to try something new. Pollo Bravo did not disappoint! We had the half chicken, with an avocado salad and sweet plantains as our sides. We also had the taquitos. Their green hot sauce is light and refreshing, although not spicy by any standards. I love my hot sauce really hot. It tastes more like salsa verde.
