Shawn the manager he did not want to listen to my compliant about waiting more than half an hour for a 20 piece chicken meal even though I was told I would wait 15 minutes. After seeing all the cars in drive thru going out with their orders and I’m here still waiting, I got concerned and called the facility to talk to the manager and they told me to hold, so I did and no one ever answered the phone again. I got out of my vehicle and asked to speak to the manager but he told his associates to let me know that “I don't have time to deal with that right now.” So I called on the phone again and I was able to talk to him but he was reluctant to listening to what I had to say. All he told me was “we gave you fresh chicken.” And I told him I want my money back and I brought the chicken back and I had to wait for him because he did not want to do the refund. They also counted the chicken in front of me to see if I did not take any, in order to get my full refund like if...

Very disappointed!!!!! Bought family meal to feed a family of 10 per the menu (we're a family of 8) but received wing drums instead of pieces of chicken. All other pieces had to come off baby chicks because every single one was exceptionally tiny.. all the sides were half filled, literally one scoop (like 1/2cup) of mashed potatoes and gravy to feed 10??? I had to come home to cook to feed my 6 kids (all under 11) because they didn't get enough food even when the adults didn't eat. If a family meal marketed to feed 10 people can't even fill up 6 young kids (ages for reference 11,10,9,7,5, and 2) I would say there is something wrong. Wanted to try something different that wasn't a burger but I'll stick to McDonald's over this any day!
